The first thing you will want to do is make your way to the 'Plenty O' Pumpkins and Orchard' location — this is where you'll find the Haunted Mansion in Bloxberg. Once there, you'll quickly realize that you cannot enter.

The solution is talking to Sabrina the Witch, who you'll find by the Popcorn and cotton Candy stand. Talking to Sabrina will get you started on the quests that will open up the Haunted Mansion in Bloxberg.

To gain access to the home, follow these steps:

1. Talk to Sabrina the Witch at her snack stand.
2. Climb to the barn's upper level to find the Potion Recipe Book.
3. Find the potion-making cauldron next to Sabrina's stand and the Haunted Mansion.
4. Throw in a balloon for the weightless potion and bring it to Sabrina.
5. Throw in a power drill for the loud potion and bring it to Sabrina.
6. Find the decyphering book in City Hall on a bookshelf.
7. Throw in a candle for the bright potion and bring it to Sabrina.
8. Go to the fisherman by the Ferris wheel to collect the missing page.
9. Throw in glasses for the see-through potion and bring it to Sabrina.
10. Drink the Phantom Perception Potion given to you by Sabrina.
11. Talk to the ghost next to the Haunted Mansion.
12. Go to the Graveyard and dig at the grave with the Witch Hat to get a key.
13. Use the key to go to the Haunted Mansion.
