How to Hit a Testicle Shot in Sniper Elite 5

Sniper Elite 5 brings players back to enemy lines, and the chance for some wild shots is still part of the game's identity, such as the ridiculous testicle shot. This is one of the more difficult shots to pull off, especially at longer ranges and with more wind effects.

The Sniper Elite series as a whole has been known for making long ridiculous shots a part of the sniper experience, even in an intense and dangerous setting. There are a ton of different achievements tied to skill shots with a sniper in your hand and perception of the right targets.

Sniper Elite 5 - How to hit a testicle shot

Skill shots are one of the main gameplay loops in Sniper Elite 5, and there are additional points rewarded for hitting something like a testicle shit. Every time you take out a target, the part of the body will be labelled and bonuses are provided in accordance.

To start the testicle shot, you'll want to make sure you are using a sniper. That may sound obvious, but Sniper Elite allows you to use other rifles and submachine guns for support when a situation gets ugly. But spraying and praying for a slew of bullets to count as a nutcracker shot isn't going to cut it.

Simply put, you'll want to create some distance between you and a target that is in the open from the knees up. Of course, just the torso visible won't be enough, but once you find the target, scope in and aim between the legs.

Depending on the distance, you want to aim directly for the balls, and based on the physics in the game, you'll probably need to aim lower than you think. If you aim too high, the shot will count as a body shot, so the target is much smaller than other parts of the body. When you hit it though, the game will definitely tell you.

How to get the Die Nussknacker achievement in Sniper Elite 5

Getting this achievement is essentially the same thing as getting a testicle shot with a couple of extra steps. The main difference is the distance of the shot. For this to count, you will need to be 100 meters or more away from the target, so range in this case is key to earning the achievement.

There are all kinds of locations to earn Die Nusknacker, but one of the best methods is to start the mission labelled as Spy Academy, which is third on the list. Spawn on the beachside with a sniper in hand and go to the first drop. Just ahead on the horizon, you will find all the targets you need.
