AC Valhalla Siege of Paris: Melunois Mysteries - How to complete

The Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Siege of Paris expansion is up and running as of last week and gamers are enjoying the content so far. It's the second story expansion pack of the 3 planned for Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

One of the latest sets of quests giving gamers a good challenge has been the Melunois Mysteries. They are scattered throughout the Melunois area on the map, and task players with finding and collecting certain items.

There are five Melunois Mysteries in total, some are fairly straightforward but some are more difficult. Here's everything you need to know in order to complete them.

ACV Siege of Paris: Melunois Mysteries

The first of the Melunois Mysteries to complete is the Offering Altar quest. Find the Sarlitas Mystery on the map and when you arrive you should see a massive altar.

The altar requires you to offer three European Pond Turtles, while these are a fairly uncommon item, there is a nearby pond. There is a pond just North of the altar location and there are plenty of turtles for you to find there.

Shoot three turtles with your bow and arrow (you may need to activate Odin Sight to see them) and then head back to the altar. Once you return to the altar with all three turtles, the mystery will be complete.

Ulfberht Sword Mystery

The next mystery to solve is the Ulfberht Sword Mystery, head for the fort and you'll find the next step there. Upon arriving at the fort, the mystery marker will be locating a small map to interact with.

Follow the map to the marked location, (it will take you a bit of a way from Melunois) and look for the Norse man with the sword. Once you find him, there are multiple options you can use to get the sword.

The most popular option will be to just fight him and take it because it's fun. You can also use Charisma Level 2 to get the sword off him, or simply purchase it from the man for 3000 coins. Once you receive the sword the mystery is completed.

Les Trois Pignons Cairn Stone Challenge

This is probably the most straightforward of all the Melunois Mysteries. It's a simple stone-stacking challenge that requires you to construct a stack higher than the visible marker shown on the screen.

The good thing about this challenge is that there are multiple solutions that will be acceptable to complete the mystery. Here is a visual of what your finished creation might look like:

Frankish Noble Defeated World Event

This mystery might seem like it's very simple to complete, but there is a twist. When you arrive at the mystery location you'll see a chest to loot.

Be careful, as once you start looting it a hunter up on the cliffs will begin to open fire on you. Fight and defeat the hunter to complete the mystery and check out your loot from the chest peacefully.

Not God Enough World Event

The final of the Melunois Mysteries to complete, head to the marked location and you'll end up in a church just ahead of a statue. Interact with the statue to get the mystery started.

Three attackers will jump out from the shadows and try to fight you. Defeat them to complete this challenge and the last of the Melunois Mysteries.
