Team Liquid have confirmed that Roland ‘ultimate’ Tomkowiak will return to the starting roster for BLAST Bounty Season 2, replacing new signing Georgi ‘Jorko’ Mitev for the event due to tournament eligibility requirements – meaning fans will have to wait a little longer to see the new-look Liquid in action.
Why ultimate Is Back and Jorko Is Waiting
Liquid clarified the decision is being made in accordance with BLAST’s roster eligibility requirements for Wildcard invitations. Those requirements mean Liquid needed three players from a roster ranked in the Valve Regional Standings top 12, and their last roster to meet that criteria secured that placing in December 2025 – a lineup that included ultimate, rather than Jorko, who recently replaced ultimate as the team’s sniper.

Ultimate’s return is also being read as a further signal that Kamil ‘siuhy’ Szkaradek is on his way out. According to a report from Dust2.us, Dust2.us reports that siuhy’s replacement is set to involve Johnny ‘JT’ Theodosiou ahead of the new season, with another change potentially on the way.

The confirmed lineup for the event is as follows, with coach Viktor ‘flashie’ Tamás Bea continuing his role on the bench.
- Keith ‘NAF’ Markovic
- Jonathan ‘EliGE’ Jablonowski

It has been a difficult run for Liquid so far in 2026.
Once BLAST Bounty Season 2 wraps, all eyes will be on whether Jorko and the reported arrival of JT can lead to changes for Liquid heading into later events.
