We are once again approaching the latest release in the Call of Duty series. This time around, players are waiting for Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3. From what's been announced already, there's going to be a lot of new content for that players should get excited about, from new game modes to the return of classic maps. 

When it comes to games like Modern Warfare 3, players want to get into the action as soon as possible. It makes sense given it's the latest entry in the Call of Duty series and will be integrated with Warzone. Thankfully, there is going to be a beta launch for Modern Warfare 3. Down below, we have a timer of exactly when the Modern Warfare 3 beta launches.

If you're hoping to drop into the upcoming beta weekends, either through early access or the open beta, you'll need to pay attention to the following dates:

Weekend 1:

  • PlayStation Early Access: October 6 - October 7, at 10 AM PT
  • PlayStation Open Beta: October 8 - October 10, at 10 AM PT

Weekend 2:

  • All Platforms Early Access: October 12 - October 13, at 10 AM PT
  • All Platforms Open Beta: October 14 - October 16, at 10 AM PT

There are two beta weekends set to take place, one for PlayStation players only and another for everyone. This first countdown is for the PlayStation-only Early Access Beta:

Will There Be Other Beta Tests For Modern Warfare 3?

So far, there are two different times for the beta tests for Modern Warfare 3. These times are separated by which platform you can play on. PlayStation owners can access the beta across either beta weekend. If you are playing on other platforms, you have to wait until the second one.

Right now, these are the only two betas that are set to take place. So if you are interested in playing Modern Warfare 3 as soon as possible, you will have to make time during these two beta periods.
