MW3 Cryptid Bootcamp Event: Start Date, Rewards

Beginning February 7, Modern Warfare 3 Season 2 is bringing a massive wave of content, from new maps to exciting events to take part in. One such event is the Cryptid Bootcamp, which will see players use their "monsterous might" to complete challenges and earn rewards.

Like most Call of Duty in-game events, players will stand to earn special cosmetic items and rewards by taking part and completing the set challenges throughout a limited period. Below, we'll go over everything we know about the Cryptid Bootcamp event, including its start date and rewards.

When Does Cryptid Bootcamp Start In Modern Warfare 3?

According to a blog post from Activision, the Cryptid Bootcamp event will begin within Season 2. It will run from February 14 until February 28, 2024. This gives players two weeks to complete all of the available challenges and earn themselves exclusive rewards.

MW3 Cryptid Bootcamp Event: All Rewards

At the time of writing, Activision have yet to confirm which rewards will be up for grabs during the Cryptid Bootcamp event. However, we know that there will be nine rewards in total to earn. 

Usually tied to these events is a specific skin, typically from an in-store Tracer Pack bundle, that grants an XP bonus when equipped during the event. The upcoming Tracer Packs for Season 2 include:

• Tracer Pack: Resonance Ultra Skin, Aberration Ultra Skin
• Tracer Pack — Full Kit: Dragon Soul: Lunar New Year
• Zombies: Aether Worm Pack
• Tracer Pack: Dune Part Two: Harkonnen Pack 

It's likely that the Tracer Pack: Resonance Ultra Skin & Aberration Ultra Skin could be the skins of the hour during this upcoming event. 

Other events coming this season include The Walking Dead: Fear the Living event, which takes place immediately after Cryptid Bootcamp, from February 28 to March 6, 2024.
