The wait is over for Call of Duty fans as Activision has revealed more information about the next installment in the Modern Warfare series. The much-anticipated title, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, is set to release on November 10th. It promises to deliver even more exciting action and breathtaking visuals.

In the released trailer, players are given a glimpse of the thrilling adventure that awaits them in Modern Warfare 3. They will be facing off against the villain Vladimir Makarov, who has returned with a vengeance as “the threat.”

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Official Reveal

Activision has confirmed that the full reveal of Modern Warfare 3 will take place on August 17 at 10:30 am PT / 1:30 pm ET / 6:30 pm UK. At the same time, the Shadow Siege Limited Time Event will kick off in Call of Duty: Warzone. You will earn double XP from this time, just before the start of the Shadow Siege Limited Time Event, which is planned to begin at 10:30 AM PT.

Modern Warfare 3 Carry Forward Content Explained

If you are an MWII fan, you will be happy to know that you can keep all your progress and content when you switch to MW3. This means that you can use all the bundles, weapons, and operators that you have unlocked or purchased in MWII in MW3.

You don’t have to worry about losing your weapon level status, camos, or attachments either, as they will remain the same in MW3. In fact, players can also enjoy the benefit of double XP tokens that they have earned or bought in MWII, as they will be valid in MW3 as well.

Verdansk Map Returns In Modern Warfare 3

The Modern Warfare 3 trailer released on August 9 confirmed what many fans had suspected since the end of MW2’s campaign. The final scene of the game showed a text message that read No Russian.

In the end, the trailer reveals a shocking scene of a plane crashing into the stadium of Verdansk, confirming the campaign mode will feature the Verdansk map. In fact, CharlieIntel, a reliable Call of Duty source, has also confirmed the same.
