Call of Duty Teases 2023 Title & MW2, Warzone Season 5 Reveal

Call of Duty — a game series with a multitude of titles under its belt. Though plenty of players are still enjoying both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2, it's no secret that another Call of Duty release is on the way for 2023.  Without an official name announced, for now, we're calling it Call of Duty 2023.

And while the developers are seemingly getting ready to reveal more about Call of Duty 2023, more information is on the way for Season 5 of both Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2. Here's what we know so far.

Call Of Duty 2023 Set To Be Revealed, Alongside MW2, Warzone 2 Season 5 Content

Right now, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 are on the same season schedule. Both of them are are currently sitting at Season 4, but fans are turning their attention to what Season 5 could hold. It looks like we are going to learn a lot more very soon, as the Call of Duty Twitter account says that they have something to show us.

It seems we will have an announcement for Season 5 of Warzone 2 and Modern Warfare 2. Within that same announcement, we will get more details about the Call of Duty 2023 Reveal Event. This means we are getting much closer to the launch of Call of Duty 2023, which is expected to launch towards the end of this year. 

When Will Call Of Duty 2023 Be Announced?

Activision have announced that fans can look forward to information on the Call of Duty 2023 Reveal Event as part of the Season 5 announcement. What this suggests is that we won't be getting the reveal at the same time, but details on a future reveal event instead.

If we had to guess, we're probably going to get the full reveal of Call of Duty 2023 sometime in late August or September. That'll still give fans plenty of time to pre-order the game ahead of a holiday release. We'll likely learn more once the Season 5 reveal happens.
