As always, Warzone players are always on the hunt for the best loadout whenever a new firearm is introduced, and the new CX-9 SMG is no exception.
Before we unveil one of the best possible loadouts for the CX-9, it’s worth noting that the weapon might not be an easy pick for more aggressive players as it comes with a short magazine and a relatively poor damage range. In order to negate these drawbacks, we’ve put together the best attachments to pair with CX-9 SMG to help you get the upper hand on opponents in Warzone.
Best CX-9 loadout for Warzone
The best CX-9 loadout in the Call of Duty: Warzone at the moment is:
- Muzzle: Monolithic Suppressor
- Perk: Sleight of Hand
- Underbarrel: Commando Foregrip
- Magazine: 50 round drum
- Stock: CX-FR
Inarguably, almost every Warzone weapon loadout starts with Monolithic Suppressor as it is an obvious choice to remain hidden on the minimap. Since CX-9 has a poor damage range, it can be improved by using this suppressor at the muzzle slot.
CX-9 is perhaps in the meta due to its massive fire rate, making this SMG a formidable weapon in close quarters. Despite this huge advantage, we can’t overlook the fact that reloading frequency is inversely proportional to the firing rate, and we can’t afford slow reload speeds in the middle of a fight too. Thus, we’ve decided to use the Sleight of Hand perk that eventually increases the weapon’s reloading speed by 50%.
In order to gain better handling ability, we’ve decided to use Commando Foregrip at the Underbarrel slot. This foregrip provides enhanced recoil stabilization while focusing on the aiming stability at the same time. Therefore, it’s generally used with weapons like the CX-9 to reduce the overall recoil at the cost of a little movement speed.
Finally, the CX-FR stock will do the job just fine by enhancing the movement and aiming down sight speed. Although it affects recoil and aiming stability, it will be compensated with the Commando Foregrip that positively impacts both recoil stabilization and aiming stability.
For those who haven’t unlocked the CX-9 yet can do so by getting two longshot kills while using an SMG in five different matches.
