Best Kastov-74U Loadout in MW2 - Attachments

You may recall Kastov-74U as AK-74U from the past Call of Duty games. It's always been an incredibly powerful, medium-ranged SMG, which falls under the Kastovia platform in Modern Warfare 2.

• Laser: Canted-Vibro-Dot7
• Stock: FT Tac-Elite Stock
• Magazine: 45-Round Mag
• Underbarrel: FSS Sharkfin 90

The Kastov-74U is perfect if you prefer running and gunning instead of a more methodical approach in Modern Warfare 2. The Echoless-80 is the perfect Muzzle for such a situation as it offers less recoil, more range, and increased velocity. 

For fast-paced combat, you will need increased ADS and aim stability, and the Laser Canted-Vibro-Dot7 provides just that alongside other advantages like increased sprint-to-fire speed. 

Every Assualt Rifle and SMG benefits from increased recoil control, and Kastov-74U is no different, which is why FTAC-Elite Stock is a must. The 45 Mag is a no-brainer as you will likely encounter multiple enemies on the battlefield, and having a larger magazine could make a life-and-death difference.

Last but not the least, the FSS Sharkfin 90 underbarrel will give you that extra aim stability, which will come in handy during unexpected encounters.

• Bonus Perk - Fast Hands
• Ultimate Perk - Ghost
• Tactical - Stun Grenade
• Lethal - Thermite

Since Kastove-74U is a short or mid-range weapon, we recommend keeping a long-range secondary weapon. Thanks to the Overkill perk, you can equip a primary as your secondary, and we recommend going with the MCPR-300 Sniper Rifle for those one-shot kills. 

Since you will be moving around a lot, the Double Time perk is essential as it would allow you to move even more quickly on the battlefield. You will want to stay away from enemy UAVs, and Ghost Ultimate Perk will allow you to do just that. As for your Tactical and Lethal equipment, the Flash Grenade and Thermite are always great options.
