As is customary each week, the developer has refreshed the playlists for Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare – bringing back some fan-favourite modes and new variations.
The latest refresh adds a 1v1 version of Gunfight alongside the traditional 2v2 option. It also brings back the Shipment 24/7 playlist to replace Shoot House 24/7.
The Shipment playlist has been altered so it’s 5v5 matches as opposed to 6v6, in a possible bid to counter complaints over spawn placements.
Gun Game has also returned in the regular playlist, replacing Grind.
Today’s playlist update is now live in #ModernWarfare!

It seems we’ll have to wait a little longer for the promised update to add more loadout slots, which a developer from Infinity Ward stated was in the pipeline.
A bigger update is expected later this week, after multiplayer co-design director Joe Cecot stated on Twitter it’ll bring a lot of fixes.
Our next big update should have all of the fixes. We start pushing this update through this week. I don’t have the exact date. Sorry.

These updates come in advance of the Call Of Duty League which kicks off 24 January 2020.
