Thanks to the first look for a select few in Las Vegas, we also have the first impression about Modern Warfare 2 to share from an NFL prospect, and what you might have missed from the teaser.

Developed by Infinity Ward as the lead studio, and likely assisted by many others. Dubbed as the "most advanced" experience in the history of the Call of Duty franchise, we are excited to finally see the first teaser for Modern Warfare 2.

Via social media, Infinity Ward officially revealed the logo and first teaser for Modern Warfare 2 with one line "The new era of Call of Duty is coming" and a video uploaded to YouTube shorts.
View the video below and see the official logo as well as a little something extra (if you look closely) teasing Task Force 141.
Didn't spot the Task Force 141? Don't worry, we didn't either the first few times watching the Modern Warfare 2 teaser trailer.
Check out a still captured from the teaser for COD MW2 below.
Task Force 141 made their debut as a special unit of elite soldiers in 2009's Modern Warfare 2. We, therefore expect to see a few familiar faces pop up when the game gets a full trailer.
Modern Warfare 2 first impression & new Warzone
While there is no official gameplay for Modern Warfare 2 just yet, rumours have suggested that the game will take place in Colombia, where players join US forces (likely Task Force 141) in an attempt to put a stop to drug cartels.
In an event in Las Vegas, a few NFL prospects got their first glimpse at Modern Warfare 2. These NFL prospects include Aidan Hutchinson, Bo Melton and Ahmad Gardner.
Both Hutchinson and Melton only posted an image of themselves from the event on social media, but Ahmad Gardner went a bit further, giving us the first impression of Modern Warfare 2.
On Twitter, Ahmad Gardner exclaims: "It was so realistic, it’s insane. And on top of that, it’s a new Warzone 2 coming out with it."
Does this confirm that Warzone 2 will release on exactly the same date as Modern Warfare 2? Well, anything can happen during development and there's no official release date for the game just yet. We will have to wait and see what Activision reveals next about Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2 but we expect it to be out before the end of the year.
We also know that the game is being built on a brand-new engine, which Activision has been working on for years. Furthermore, Warzone 2 will also be on the new engine, and we expect the game to look spectacular!
So there you have it, the first teaser trailer for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, the game's official logo, and the first impression of what is known as the "most advanced experience" in the franchise to date.
