CoD Warzone & Vanguard - Everything New In Last Stand Midseason Update

The Season 5 Reloaded midseason update for Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty Vanguard's final season, Last Stand, is on the horizon, and Activision has just put a blog post detailing all the new content.

From new operators to new weapons and a new game mode, the Season 5 Reloaded update for Warzone and Vanguard has plenty of new offerings to excite new and veteran players.

With Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 and Call of Duty: Warzone 2 just a few weeks away from release, it's no surprise that Activision is going big for the final update of its current live-service COD titles.

With that said, here's everything included in the midseason update of Call of Duty Warzone and Call of Duty Vanguard's final season. 

Everything in Vanguard Warzone Season 5 Reloaded

New weapons, operators, maps, game mode, and more are coming to  CoD Warzone & CoD Vanguard: Season 5 Reloaded.

The midseason update launches on 28th September for all platforms.

New Operators

Two new operators - Rorke and Seraph - are coming to Call of Duty: Warzone & Vanguard in the midseason update of Last Stand.

Rorke, an ex-marine, and Seraph, a cybernetic Enforcer, will be available to purchase from the store when the midseason update arrives. 

Using these two new Operators will also get you bonus Operator XP and Weapon XP this season.

New weapons

Two new weapons are coming to CoD Warzone & Vanguard in the Season 5 Reloaded update. They are Lienna 57 LMG and the BP50 Assault Rifle.

• Lienna 57: This compact LMG is capable of high accuracy during sustained fire at short to medium ranges.
• BP50: This fully automatic bullpup assault rifle boasts a high fire rate while remaining deadly and accurate at long range.

You can unlock Lienna 57 and BP50 in Warzone & Vanguard by completing their in-game challenges or by reading our previous unlock guides for the weapons.

You can also purchase new Store Bundles (also part of the midseason update) that include Weapon Blueprints of their respective weapon families.

Fortress Multiplayer map

A new multiplayer map called Fortress is also coming to CoD Vanguard in the Season 5 Reloaded midseason update of Last Stand.

The Fortress map is a post-apocalyptic Mediterranean playground full of crumbling walls and old ship parts. It's a maritime graveyard where players battle to capture the few remaining strongholds.

Resurgence Supreme

A new game mode called Resurgence Supreme, set in the Rebirth Island, is also coming to CoD Vanguard as part of this season's Season 5 Reloaded update.

Resurgence Supreme will be available in Solos, Duos, Trios, and Quads.

According to the official Call of Duty blog post, "the focus [of Supreme] is on skill more than creating the best Loadout." The loot has also been overhauled for this game mode, and you will only find Epic quality or higher level ground loot, as well as some fan-favorite blueprints. 

Winning the match and getting at least 15 eliminations will also get you the animated “Resurgence Trials Victory” Calling Card, which Activision calls "a testament to the skill of Call of Duty: Warzone’s greatest Operators."
