Dr Disrespect claims Warzone aim assist got a secret buff

YouTube streamer Guy "Dr Disrespect" Beahm seems to believe that Warzone developers secretly buffed aim assist to make it more effective for controller players.

It's common knowledge that YouTube streaming icon Guy "Dr Disrespect" Beahm strongly feels there is no place for aim assist in Warzone. In fact, it feels like it was only yesterday that Dr Disrespect blew his head off in a fit of rage after being gunned down by what he called "cheesy a** aim assist crossplay."

Raven Software, the developers of Warzone, have always put out patch notes, which detailed the slew of changes introduced with each gameplay update. However, Dr Disrespect seems convinced that they secretly buffed the controller aim assist following the launch of Warzone Season 6.

Naturally, Dr Disrespect reached this conclusion after (once again) being gunned down during a game of Warzone. Upon inspecting the player's kill cam, the Doc said he guessed it was time to plug in his controller.

"It's insane. It just doesn't allow you to miss any bullets," the Doc said before asking whether there was an update that secretly patched aim assist in making it stronger. Before being killed, the Doc had some issues with his mouse and thus adjusted his sensitivity for better accuracy.

Unfortunately, this didn't help, as he proceeded to be killed a second time by a different player using aim assist in the game. Stunned by what he just saw, the Two-Time yelled: "Let me see this guy! Oh my god!" before laughing manically.

Later in the stream, Dr Disrespect reflected on the kill cams after dying yet again and said what he saw was "disgusting" and that it made him want to throw away the game.

Raven Software has not issued any statement regarding whether the aim assist was, in fact, buffed; however, the Doc appears highly suspicious. Fellow Warzone streamer Cloakzy also seemed to agree, saying that aim assist in Warzone feels "broken" right now.

What are your thoughts? Do you think the Doc needs to 'git gud', or is he on to something? Let us know by tweeting us your comments on Twitter.
