The latest update just went live in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone Pacific Season 3 and brings with it the return of a popular weapon. Longtime fans of Call of Duty will certainly recognize this gun, so follow along to find out how to get the UGR SMG in Warzone Pacific Season 3.
UGR Warzone Pacific Season 3 & Black Ops Cold War
As part of a title update on 6th May, the game developers dropped in a Jungle map for 6v6 Multiplayer, the UGR SMG, and the return of a popular Operator, Lazar.

The UGR is available for unlocking in both Warzone as well as Black Ops Cold War, and those who played Call of Duty: Ghosts will recognize the weapon. The UGR is based on the APS underwater rifle that was featured in the COD Ghosts campaign, but the new UGR has been modified for modern Call of Duty titles.
How to get UGR in Warzone Pacific Season 3
The UGR is described in the update notes as a full-auto submachine gun, an underwater rifle that was modified for improved land performance. The UGR fires 5.56mm steel darts with moderate bullet velocity, it also comes with an explosive bullets option.
Unlocking the UGR is very simple, and can be done in multiple modes via in-game challenges.
- Using an SMG, kill an enemy revealed by your Spy Plane, UAV, or Field Mic in 15 different completed matches.
- Eliminate 1000 enemies while using an Epic rarity or better SMG.
Do note that players can also unlock the UGR by purchasing the new Lazar bundle for 2,400 CoD Points for those who don't want to work through the challenges.
