All Modern Warfare 2 'Mastery Camo' Skins

Modern Warfare 2 global release is right around the corner, and just like other Call of Duty titles, the upcoming FPS will feature an array of weapon camo skins. As a result, players can customize their weapons' appearances and add a variety of colorful patterns to enhance their looks.

Although Activision hasn't officially unveiled the Mastery Camos, a famous Call of Duty streamer has managed to leak four new camos that might be featured in Modern Warfare 2. With that being said, here's a detailed look at all the Modern Warfare 2 Mastery Camo Skins, along with the challenges to unlock them.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Mastery Camo Skins

A renowned Call of Duty streamer who goes by Metaphor on Twitter has claimed that Modern Warfare 2 will have the following set of Mastery Camo skins:

• Gold Camo Skin
• Platinum Camo Skin
• Shattered Dark Matter
• Space Camo Skins

Gold Camo (looks good)

Platinum (looks good)

Shattered Dark Matter Ultra lookalike (looks amazing)

Space camo (Dark aether / fall camo) (looks okay could be better)

When it comes to the gold edition, the camo is fully coating the gun with a darker gold for accents.

On the other hand, the Platinum looks way better than it did in 2019, as it looks like the alabaster Grau blueprint with a silver accent. Finally, the Space Camo looks amazing among all the Mastery Skins.

Unfortunately, we don't have any images of the Modern Warfare 2 Mastery Camo Skins at the moment. However, we are aware of the challenges that players have to complete to unlock the Camos for each weapon category.

Modern Warfare 2 Weapon Camo Challenges

Unlocking weapon camos in Modern Warfare 2 will require you to complete the following challenges:

Assault rifle

• 800 kills
• 125 headshots
• 160 “Stance Change” kills (crouch kills)
• 75 hipfire kills
• 100 Longshots
• 100 Mounted kills
• 180 full attachment kills
• 50 reload kills
• 110 no attachment kills
• 35 “Streaks” (three kills without dying)

SMG

• 500 kills
• 100 headshots
• 110 “Stance Change” kills (crouch kills)
• 100 hipfire kills
• 50 Longshots
• 50 Mounted kills
• 250 full attachment kills
• 40 reload kills
• 75 no attachment kills
• 25 “Streaks” (three kills without dying)

LMG

• 525 kills
• 75 headshots
• 65 “Stance Change” kills (crouch kills)
• 45 hipfire kills
• 45 Longshots
• 45 Mounted kills
• 180 full attachment kills
• 30 double kills
• 75 no attachment kills
• 25 “Streaks” (three kills without dying)

Shotgun

• 400 kills
• 65 “Stance Change” kills (crouch kills)
• 75 hipfire kills
• 50 Pointblank kills
• 50 headshots
• 100 full attachment kills
• 30 reload kills
• 110 no attachment kills
• 30 “Streaks” (three kills without dying)

Sniper

• 450 kills
• 60 headshots
• 50 “Stance Change” kills (crouch kills)
• 50 one-shot kills
• 50 Longshots
• 45 holding your breath kills
• 150 full attachment kills
• 25 double kills
• 75 no attachment kills
• 25 “Streaks” (three kills without dying)

Pistol

• 250 kills
• 50 headshots
• 40 “Stance Change” kills (crouch kills)
• 30 hipfire kills
• 30 Longshots
• 25 reload kills
• 110 full attachment kills
• 25 double kills
• 75 no attachment kills
• 25 “Streaks” (three kills without dying)

It's worth noting that these missions have been sourced from a Call of Duty leak. So they are subject to change when Modern Warfare 2 releases on October 28.
