The teams

While the first day of the tournament is an open qualifier, with a tonne of teams possibly competing, we simply don't know exactly who these teams will be right now, as registration has not even closed yet.

We do know this is a 3v3 Trio Squads tournament, and the organizer will invite 25 teams to compete in the main event (final day), accompanied by 24 teams who qualified in the first two days.

Format

The Twitch Rivals Doritos Bowl Warzone tournament will feature a hybrid format in its three days of play. For the Qualifiers (Day 0) Trios will get into public lobbies and try and get as many kills as possible.

On the second day (first Show Day) the 49 teams who made it through the Qualifiers will compete in five private lobbies, with both placements and kills counting towards their points.

At the end of the second day, only the top 24 teams will advance, where they will be joined by 25 invited teams to compete in five lobbies for their share of the massive prize pool.
