The prize pool
There's a total prize pool of 75,000 USD up for grabs in the Twitch Rivals Warzone Season 7 Showdown tournament.
The prize pool distribution per Duo is:
- 1st place - $15,000
- 2nd place - $8,000
- 3rd place - $6,000
- 4th place - $5,000
- 5th place - $4,000
- 6th to 7th place - $3,000
- 8th to 10th place - $2,000
- 11th to 15th place - $1,000
- 16th to 20th place - $800
- 21st to 25th place - $700
- 26th to 30th place - $600
- 31st to 35th place - $500
- 36th to 40th place - $400
- 41st to 49th place - $300
There's also a bonus prize of $300 which will be announced at a later date.
Teams
For the first time in Europe, fans will be able to cheer on their favourite Twitch content creators as they face off against each other in a single Warzone lobby.

There will be a total of 74 Duos teams, which means there are 148 players competing in this event. At the time of writing, the teams have not yet been announced.
Format
The Twitch Rivals Warzone Season 7 Showdown will take place in a format we've all grown used to over the past several months.
A total of five games will be played and teams will be able to earn points for both placements and kills during each game. Check out the scoring system below.

The teams will be ranked on total points after all games have been completed, with tiebreaker rules in place just in case some have the same overall score.

Mark those calendars and set those alarms for 17th December 2020 at 15:00 GMT.
The Twitch Rivals Warzone Season 7 Showdown is expected to run until 19:00 GMT on 17th December, as this is a one-day event.
