We've already explained what this special mode is all about, and the best weapons to use in Vanguard Royale. Now, developer Raven Software has unveiled the full WWII-era ruleset for Vanguard Royale, which details exactly what's included in the mode, and what's excluded.
All included Vanguard Royale items, weapons & events
First up, all COD Vanguard weapons are included in Vanguard Royale, including the two brand-new Season 1 guns. This means there are over 40 weapons to choose from, which you can kit out with up to 10 attachments.
Developer Raven Software shared the complete Vanguard Royale ruleset on 8th December via the official patch notes for Warzone Pacific Season 1.
Interestingly, all perks are available in Vanguard Royale. There are also a decent number of Tacticals, Lethals, Killstreaks, and Field Upgrades to use to your advantage.
Check out the list of included items in Vanguard Royale below.
While there are six public events featured in Vanguard Royale, there are two which have been excluded. This brings us to the list of excluded content for this special game mode.
All excluded Vanguard Royale content
Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War weapons are obviously excluded from this special game mode.
There are, however, various other items, ranging from Tacticals to Lethals, and Field Upgrades also excluded.
Check out the list of excluded items, Killstreaks, and even two Public Events for Vanguard Royale below.
So there you have it, the complete ruleset for Vanguard Royale at the start of Warzone Pacific Season 1.
It will be interesting to see if the developers do change some of these rules as the season progresses, but don't expect any Modern Warfare or Black Ops Cold War weapons to ever appear in this special mode.
