The football season is gearing up for the biggest game of the year as the Champions League Final is now only days away. European giants Real Madrid and Liverpool will square off in the Stade de France for a chance to claim the biggest trophy in the club football and etch their names in the history books once again.

Real Madrid recently secured another La Liga title, and they'll be looking to cap off the season by winning the Champions League as well. In order to beat a squad as stout as Liverpool, Los Blancos will need their top players performing at their peak.

It looks as though their young star Winger is taking a different approach than most in advance of the big game. Check out this story after a recent Twitch stream revealed Vinícius Jr. was playing Warzone to prepare for the Champions League Final.

With the Champions League Final set to take place only days from now on 28th May 2022, many would expect the players of both Liverpool and Real Madrid to be on edge, anxiously awaiting the game. That certainly isn't the case for Real Madrid Winger Vinícius Jr. who's taking to gaming in order to prepare for the big match.

While he's been known to enjoy FIFA Ultimate Team action, evidenced by his impressive squads, the young Brazilian star wasn't playing the EA Sports title this time. Instead, a recent Twitch stream showed Vinícius Jr. is playing Warzone to prepare for the Champions League Final.

In a recent conversation with Ana Marrero of Team Heretics, the 21-year-old Vinícius Jr. was asked about his preparations for the big game at the weekend. “Today there was press in our training. I was talking about football for an hour and a half…” When Ana asked how many goals he will score in the game, he added: “I don’t know (laugh). Complicated… One and a victory is alright."

Shortly after, Ana asked if he’d play Warzone with her, and Vini quickly obliged adding “I play every day.” They went on to play for a nearly two-hour stream with many impressed by the Brazilian footballer's Warzone skills.

It will be worth watching if Vinícius Jr's relaxed approach pays off and results in his best form for the big game on the 28th.
