With the Call of Duty: Warzone Pacific update and Vanguard integration, a brand new map, Caldera, over 40 new weapons, Gulag changes, and even crazy fighter jet skirmishes, there's no question that it is one of, if not the biggest Warzone update ever.
Verdansk is no more thanks to an explosive finish, and with all the new Warzone Pacific Season 1 content, a boatload of players are jumping in. Due to the monumental nature of the update, there are bound to be some server teething issues.
If you would like to know if the Warzone Pacific servers are down, then we've got you covered, detailing the planned downtime and how you can check the game's server status.
Are the Warzone Pacific servers down?
If you are reading this article between 7th December at 19:00 PT (8th December at 05:00 BST) and 8th December at 09:00 PT (17:00 BST) then be aware this is scheduled downtime to usher in the Warzone Pacific update.
Servers might also be a bit wobbly in December 2021 due to the mammoth Warzone update. Be aware that game updates, either for a new season or for any type of content drop/event will also cause the Warzone Pacific servers to go down.
How to check Warzone Pacific server status
It is always worth checking if your internet connection via a network cable or Wi-Fi, is solid and working properly.
If your internet connection is working properly and you want to check the Warzone Pacific server status, then it is quite easy.
Simply head on over to Activision's Online Services page and select Warzone, as we did in the screenshot above.
On the Online Services page, gamers can also find options to check the status of platform networks, such as PSN, Xbox Live, Battle.net and more.
If connection issues persist, we advise gamers to contact Activision support via Online Services and test their internet connection in another title to make sure it isn't a user error.
Before going full-on IT Crowd on your gaming equipment and router, remember to first check if the Warzone Pacific servers are down due to either a scheduled or unplanned outage.
