Developer Supercell won't let cheaters create havoc during the No Tilt World Championship.
Supercell warns Clash Royale cheaters ahead of No Tilt World Championship

Just like in nearly every other competitive game out there, Clash Royale has its cheaters. People use Clash Royale third-party software cheats, buy Gems outside of the game, or share accounts, to name but a few ways. Now, Supercell has warned prospective cheaters ahead of the No Tilt World Championship.

Clash Royale cheaters warned

Supercell will have no cheating in the No Tilt World Championship. In a new blog post, the developer reminds players of their Fair Play Policy, and the game's Terms of Service.

Supercell will be actively monitoring the No Tilt World Championship for any Clash Royale cheaters or those suspected of using any cheats. Further, no account sharing will be allowed, and those who have purchased Gems outside the game will be caught.

Here's what Supercell will do:

  • Proactively prevent players from using third-party software in-game.
  • Monitor for account sharing and fraudulent payments.
  • Perform regular Fair Play checks on our Leaderboards.
  • Check player accounts that have qualified or applied for competitive tournaments.

Clash Royale cheaters will either receive a temporary ban, or a permanent ban from the game.

This depends on the severity of their misconduct. Keep in mind this isn't exclusive to the upcoming tournament, and you should never cheat in any competitive game.

What is the No Tilt World Championship?

If you haven't logged into Clash Royale recently, you might not know about the No Tilt World Championship. Supercell is warning cheaters because the first stage of the tournament is open to every single Clash Royale player out there, and there's a $50,000 prize pool at stake.

To take your first step in the tournament, you will need to complete the No Tilt Challenge inside the game under the challenge tab. Get 20 wins before suffering three losses, and you qualify for the next stage of the tournament.

If you manage to get 20 wins, you will be contacted by the developer. Here's how the No Tilt Challenge works:

  • Every player gets 3 free entries.
  • 3 losses and you are out.
  • You can re-enter the Challenge for 10 Gems.
  • Pass Royale players get unlimited free entries to the 20-Win Challenge.
  • Challenge progress will reset with each new entry (0 wins/0 losses).

The challenge runs from 23rd July until 26th July. Afterwards, the Clash Royale No Tilt World Championship qualifiers bracket will run from 20th July to 14 August. Then, the group stage kicks off on 16th August.

The Grand Final will take place on 23rd August 2020, where a Clash Royale world champion will be crowned.

You will be able to watch the tournament action live on the Clash Royale YouTube channel, so mark those calendars.
