Isolated Island J5

Using this Isolated Island is a great way to defend yourself from the Purge, primarily because the island only has one entrance for entering and leaving. Rainy Base N7

Rainy Base is situated in a forest area. There are plenty of resources for you to harvest, including Iron, Rocks, and Trees. You can also find the Black Hand Thrall Camp nearby and is home to plenty of large wildlife. Also, we should note that the Purge will spawn in the canyon below, providing a vantage point for you to easily defend your base.

Oasis B8

This area is a flat surface overlooking a large Oasis. There are plenty of resources to use, including Iron, Wood, Water, and plenty of wildlife that can produce Eggs. Not too far from the area, a large city will be located south of where you will build your base. Here, you can find the Relic Hunters Thrall Camp, making the Oasis a great place for gathering resources. 

Cliff I5

The Cliff is the best location to set up your base in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery, especially if you're looking for abundant wildlife and water. This base overlooks a canyon with a waterfall nearby.

If you build your base in this location, it will have plenty of Thrall camps for you to invade, including the Black Hand, Darfari Cannibals, and Dogs of the Desert. There will also be a Ruin called The Arena nearby, with cobras and a giant snake. In addition, this lush area is close to a waterfall, providing plenty of Eggs and animals to farm. 

The Great Dam G10

The Great Dam is a hidden and secure area for you to build your base in Conan Exiles: Age of Sorcery. Inside the Ruin is a large spot where you can lay a foundation and even make a second level.

You can also create fencing outside the Ruin to protect your base from wildlife like Bears, Boars, Frostwolves, and Wolves. Beyond this, plenty of Thralls are nearby, especially in the Heirs of the North.
