BLAST Premier draw Spring 2020 groups

Ahead of the London debut for BLAST Premier, a new circuit format for future BLAST CS:GO events, a live group draw has placed the 12 teams into their initial sets of four.

Three weeks of BLAST Premier Spring 2020 will see one group play each week and the top two teams in each group qualifying for the Spring Finals.

Four additional teams will play the remaining teams in a showdown and the two best from that set of games will join the finalists.

Seed Pots

The seed pots, determined by the teams themselves, before the draw were:

Pot One: Astralis, Team Liquid, Evil Geniuses

Pot Two: 100 Thieves, Natus Vincere, FaZe Clan

Pot Three: Team Vitality, G2 Esports, Ninjas in Pyjamas

Pot Four: MIBR, OG, Complexity Gaming

Groups

In the live draw from Denmark featuring Auguste "Semmler" Massonnat and Jacob "Pimp" Winneche, the following groups were decided:

Group One: Liquid, FaZe, NiP, MIBR

Group Two: Astralis, Na'Vi, Vitality, Complexity

Group Three: EG, 100T, G2, OG

Attending the event is flexible as it was revealed on stream by Nicolas Estrup, BLAST Director of Product & Experience, that tickets can be bought per match rather than just for the whole day.

The games will take place at 3 Mills Studios in Central London and tickets can be purchased from 10th December on the official BLAST website.
