When it comes to video games, having a surprise hit indie game is kind of rare. Most of the time, everyone is tuned into what's coming out in the AAA sphere, but sometimes there's an indie game that sneaks up on everyone. Dave the Diver is that game, having already sold 1 million copies in the first 10 days since its release.

Dave the Diver is also topping Steam's charts in sales and active players. Many people are discovering this game for the first time, collecting resources for the sushi restaurant and diving into the depths in search of mysteries. But not everyone has the ability to run games on Steam quite so easily. In fact, there are many who are wondering: when is Dave the Diver coming to the Nintendo Switch?

Let us clear up this question first. Yes, Dave the Diver is indeed coming to the Nintendo Switch. This has been 100% confirmed by the developers themselves. During the launch trailer for Dave the Diver, there is a moment where you can see on the bottom of the screen that the game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch.

With that being said, we can confidently say that Dave the Diver is coming to the Switch. What we don't know, however, is whether the game will be ported to the PlayStation 5 or the Xbox Series X. For now, all we know is that it is currently available on Steam and will eventually be available on the Nintendo Switch.

We also have confirmation from the developers that Dave the Diver will come out on the Nintendo Switch in 2023. This was also confirmed by the official launch trailer for the game that was released a month ago. We do not know exactly when the game will launch in 2023 though.

Dave the Diver has been highly successful on Steam, so we imagine that the developers want to replicate the same exact experience on the Nintendo Switch. As the game was only recently released, we would have to guess that Dave The Diver could come out within the last three months of 2023.
