How to Feed Capybaras in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Thanks to the first major expansion having arrived, Disney Dreamlight Valley: A Rift in Time has introduced three new critters to tame on Eternity Isle including the darling capybara. These cuddly and chubby rodents were one of many stars in Encanto, and now you can befriend them with the right food. Fortunately, capybaras aren't too difficult to approach and their food won't be far away.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Capybara Food & How to Approach

There are three new critters in Disney Dreamlight Valley thanks to the expansion A Rift in Time, but the capybara is by far the easiest to tame. While you'll have to chase monkeys to feed them and slow roll up to a cobra to give it food, feeding capybaras on Eternity Isle is a breeze.

Of course, you actually need to get their food first. Capybaras love cabbage. That's right, they're big Avatar: The Last Airbender fans. You need to first setup Goofy's Stall in Ancient's Landing, which will allow you to then purchase and unlock other stall locations throughout Eternity Isle.

You need can purchase cabbage seeds from the Goofy Stall in The Grasslands, at which point you will have to wait a bit as they can take an hour to grow. Once grown, harvest your cabbage and head back to The Grasslands or really most anywhere in the Wild Tangle.

Capybaras don't run away, so just approach with the cabbage in your inventory and you can feed them. Now just make sure you've always got some handy in case you need to feed a rare extra colorful capybara in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
