Dead by Daylight's collaboration with Resident Evil has resulted in the introduction of a lot of new content, including a new killer - Albert Wesker - and two new survivors - Rebecca Chambers and Ada Wong.

But apparently, the new content doesn't end there; according to leaks, the Resident Evil characters Sheva Almoar, and Carlos Oliveira will be coming to Dead by Daylight as legendary cosmetics.

Here is everything we know about Sheva Alomar and Carlos Oliveira coming to Dead by Daylight as legendary cosmetics, including when players will be able to play as them.

The news about Sheva Alomar and Carlos Oliveira joining Dead by Daylight as legendary cosmetics originated from a Tweet by DBDLeaks, a known Dead by Daylight data miner and reliable leaker, on 4th August 2022.

The Tweet did not mention a potential release date, but the cosmetics will likely release at the same time as the upcoming Project W chapter in September. The legendary cosmetics did not appear on the PTB this week.

In Dead by Daylight, legendary cosmetics change the full appearance of a character model into a different character, usually with a new voice actor. It's essentially adding a brand new character without giving them perks or a description of their own.

The fan-favorite characters Alomar and Oliveira are from Resident Evil 5 and Resident Evil 3, respectively. Alomar is Chris Redfield's partner, fighting by his side in Resident Evil, while Oliveira becomes Jill Valentine's partner in Resident Evil 3.

Oliveira and Alomar would not be the first characters to be featured in Dead by Daylight as legendary skins. Players can currently play as Chris Redfield, a cosmetic for Leon S. Kennedy, or Claire Redfield, a cosmetic for Jill Valentine.
