More Dead By Daylight Silent Hill Cosmetics Are Coming

Update 26 July 2023: Maria from Silent Hill 2 will be the next survivor to join DBD's Silent Hill Collection, leakers say.

New Silent Hill cosmetics, including a new Legendary outfit for Cheryl Mason and a duo of Silent Hill 2 charms, are coming to Dead by Daylight on 15th August, according to a known leaker. Players will be able to get the Mira dog charm for purchasing the James Sunderland Legendary cosmetic for Cheryl Mason, and the UFO charm for buying more than one Silent Hill outfit.

Silent Hill Charms -

(The source erroneously states that the charms are from the secret ending of Silent Hill 3; they are actually from Silent Hill 2's Dog Ending and UFO ending. Masahiro Ito recently confirmed that both are canon.)

While it's unknown what Cheryl Mason's Legendary cosmetic may be, it's possible that we could see Silent Hill 1 protagonist Harry Mason added to the game, or perhaps a Silent Hill 2 character like Maria, Angela Orosoc, or Mary Sunderland given that Bloober Team's SH2 Remake is slated for release relatively soon.

Dead by Daylight has been doubling down on its Dead by Daylight content recently, releasing a Princess Heart cosmetic for Cheryl Mason along with a matching cosplay for Feng MIn. They also added in some lobby music for survivors from the Silent Hill franchise.

It's not a new theme, instead directly taking the chapter's theme and reusing it, but it's still a nice change that brings the Silent Hill content closer in depth to the Resident Evil chapters, which include voice lines, custom music, lobby music, and a wide range of RE cosmetics for both survivors and killers. Players can hear the same theme when playing Pyramid Head (The Executioner) and waiting in the lobby.
