Destiny 2 Best Taken Farm Locations

The Taken are the corrupted version of ever other race in Destiny 2. Here are the best places to farm them.
Destiny 2 Best Taken Farm Locations

Bungie has introduced several new enemy races in Destiny over the years, each vastly different from another. However, there's one race that embodies them all and, as a result, stands out. We are talking about Taken.

The Taken in Destiny 2 are corrupted versions of every other race in the game, like Vex, Cabal, Fallen, etc. They have been corrupted with Darkness; the evil entity Guardians have been fighting since the beginning of Destiny 1.

At some point in Destiny 2, you may need to kill Takens to complete seasonal challenges, bounties, or DLC/Seasonal quests. As such, to help you out, here's our guide explaining the best locations to farm Taken in Destiny 2.

In Destiny 2, you will find Taken in abundance in the Dreaming City. The Divalian Mists is a great region to start, and you will find hordes of Taken enemies just waiting to be killed.
The Shattered Throne Dungeon in the Dreaming City is also swarming with Taken enemies, though keep in mind this would take a little more time to finish when compared to Lost Sectors and Strikes in the area.

Speaking of Strikes, The Lake of Shadows Strike in EDZ is one of the best places to farm Taken kills in Destiny 2. The area is swarming with powerful Taken, and multiple runs of this should get you enough Taken kills to complete any related tasks.

If you're looking for something more challenging, The Last Wish raid in The Dreaming City is also a great activity to farm Taken enemies. However, keep in mind that this is one of the most challenging raids in the game and we recommend going in with a dedicated fireteam.

Destiny 2's PvEvP activity, Gambit, is also brimming with Taken enemies. However, a single run of Gambit may take you fifteen to twenty minutes, which could be a little too much, especially when you have better alternatives in the form of Public Events and Lost Sectors.

Exploring the aforementioned locations and activities within them should allow you to farm Taken kills to your's heart content.

That concludes our guide on the best places to farm Taken in Destiny 2.
