Destiny 2 BxR-55 Battler Rifle God Roll & How To Get

The BxR-55 Battler Rifle in Destiny 2 is a unique and powerful Pulse Rifle introduced with Bungie's 30th Anniversary Pack. It stands out among other Pulse Rifles in the game for many reasons. For instance, it has an uncanny resemblance to the iconic BR55 Service Rifle from the Halo franchise, which should be a reason for any Halo fans to get their hands on it. 

More importantly, the BxR-55 can roll with some great perk combinations that make it well-suited for PvP content in Destiny 2. Below you can find details on how to get the BxR-55 Battler Rifle in Destiny 2 alongside our take on its god roll. 

How to get the BxR-55 Battler Rifle in Destiny 2

You can get the BxR-55 Battler Rifle by playing through the Dares of Eternity activity. Upon completion, you will get Treasure Keys, which you can use to open chests in Xur's Treasure Hoard to get random loot from the 30th Anniversary loot pool. If you're lucky, you may get BxR-55 Battler Rifle on the first try. 

Interestingly, the BxR-55 is also craftable. However, you must get at least three Deepsight Resonance for that, so start grinding.

• Barrel: Arrowhead Brake
• Magazine: Flared Magwell / Ricochet Rounds
• Perk 1: Perpetual Motion 
• Perk 2: Kill Clip 

In PvP, any perk that allows you to deal increased damage is a great choice. Kill Clip, every time you reload after a kill, you deal up to 25% more damage. It's a neat way to keep the streak going. 

 Perpetual Motion is a great choice because it provides bonus stability, handling, and reload speed while you're in motion, and in PvP, you tend to move a lot.

For Magazine, you could go either with Flared Magwell or Ricochet Rounds, depending on whether you want more reload speed or stability. Both are essential in PvP, so it's more a matter of preference.

Lastly, for Barrel, we recommend Arrowhead Brake because it greatly improves Recoil. BxR-55  has tremendous Recoil, so it's an easy pick. What's more, you also get increased handling.
