How To Get Treasure Coordinates In Destiny 2 Season Of The Plunder

Destiny 2 Season 18 Season of the Plunder is now live across all platforms. Unlike Season of the Haunted, there are now three seasonal activities for you to complete every week. The currency system from previous Destiny 2 seasons carry on to Season of the Plunder.

As always, you will spend a lot of time hunting for valuable currencies or resources to progress the weekly missions and unlock new seasonal rewards in the Helm. These include the Treasure Coordinates, which are used to restore Treasure Maps.

If you're new to Destiny 2 and are confused about how to acquire this valuable new seasonal resource, fret not. Our guide explains how to get Treasure Coordinates in Destiny 2 Season of the Plunder.

To get Treasure Coordinates in Destiny 2 Season of the Plunder, you must partake in the game's various playlist activities. These include Strikes, Crucibles, and Gambits. Thankfully, Treasure Coordinates are easier to farm than this season's other important resource - Map Fragments

Completing Public Events on any of the planets or exploring Lost Sectors will also provide you with a handful of Treasure Coordinates. As mentioned before, you will need Treasure Coordinates to restore Treasure Maps. Notably, the basic Treasure Map you will restore early on in the season will require 50 Treasure Coordinates.

You should be able to gather that amount by completing two Public Events or three or four Lost Sectors. However, if you want to acquire Treasure Coordinates quickly and have a dedicated fire team, we recommend doing end-game activities like Dungeons or Raids.

As Season of the Plunder progresses, you will need more and more Treasure Coordinates, so you may want to start grinding early! And that concludes our guide on how to get Treasure Coordinates in Destiny 2 Season of the Plunder.
