With Lilith‘s return to Sanctuary, her followers have Altars spread across each main region in Diablo 4. In Act 1, players start in the icy, mountainous, Fractured Peaks zone, and they will want to find every Altar of Lilith as they slay demons, undead, and more.

This guide features all the Altars of Lilith locations in Fractured Peaks, alongside a quick overview of what Diablo 4 players can get from finding them, so let’s get started.

For interacting with an Altar of Lilith in Diablo 4, your character will get five (5) Renown for the zone they are currently in, as well as XP as a reward. In this case, you will build Renown with Fractured Peaks.

However, the biggest reason to find Altars of Lilith is the permanent stat increases. To clarify, these permanent stat increases are for all your characters. For example, if you interact with an Altar of Lilith of your Sorcerer and gain +2 Strenght, all your alts will start with +2 Strenght.

Altars of Lilith adds one of the following stats to all your characters:

+2 Strength
+2 Intelligence
+2 Willpower
+2 Dexterity
+8 Maximum Life

It is important to note that some of these Altars of Lilith are hard to get to; for example, you might need to clear a Stronghold to access one, and another might require some light puzzle solving, such as taking down a destructible piece of the environment.
