After wreaking havoc in Diablo 4 beta, the whirlwind of pestilence, Ashava is making its way to Diablo Immoral in the Merciless Monstrosity event.

Diablo Immortal Merciless Monstrosity event start time
The Merciless Monstrosity event kicks off at 3 am (server time) on 8th June 2023 and ends on 22nd June 2023 (also server time.) Ashava can be killed once every day, and you can fight her by accessing the Merciless Monstrosity event in the main menu or by exploring the Elder Rifts.
Diablo Immortal Merciless Monstrosity event Marks
You can earn Marks by defeating Ashava in Diablo Immortal. Slaying her once will get you 10 Marks of Pestilence. You can gain 3 more Marks of Pestilience by completing Elder Rifts twice a day.
Each Mark of Pestilence can be traded for random rewards like 1,000 Gold, 5 Scrap Materials, 3 Enchanted Dust, a Glowing Shard, or a One-Star Legendary Gem. Once during the event, you can exchange 88 Marks of Pestilence for a random legendary item.
Diablo Immortal Merciless Monstrosity event rewards
Killing Ashava for the first time during the event will get you 1 Telluric Pearl, 50 Scrap Materials, and 3 Enchanted Dust, in addition to the 10 Marks of Pestilence.
You can also call members of your server to slay Ashava and trade their Marks of Pestilence for the following rewards for everyone:
- Trade in 888,888 Marks: 20 Aspirant’s Keys
- Trade in 1,888,888 Marks: 38,888 Gold
- Trade in 2,888,888 Marks: 3 Rare Crests
- Trade in 4,888,888 Marks: Grim Mercy Portrait Frame
- Trade in 6,888,888 Marks: Mother’s Lament Two-Star Legendary Gem
