You can get Mother’s Lament Legendary Gem by slaying Ashawa in the Merciless Monstrosity event. Killing Ashawa will get you 10 Marks of Pestilence. You can also ask server members to kill Ashava and trade in their Marks to get a multitude of rewards, including the Mother’s Lament Legendary Gem.

To get the Mother’s Lament Legendary Gem, everyone has to trade in 6,888,888 Marks.
