Awaken, heroes of Sanctuary, as Blizzard continues supporting Diablo 2 Resurrected with new content. The developers have, somewhat surprisingly, announced a Diablo 2 Resurrected holiday event aptly named "22 Nights of Terror."

D2R 22 Nights of Terror Holiday Event: Dates & Times
You can sleigh your way (see what we did there?) through 22 Nights of Terror during the Diablo2 Resurrected holiday event, which started on 13 December at 11:00 PT (19:00 GMT).
As you've probably guessed, the 22 Nights of Terror event runs for 22 days. This means that the event has an end date and time of 11:00 PST (19:00 GMT).
It is available in all online game modes except for Classic Diablo 2. Blizzard announced the event with a fun little piece of lore text reading:
The air stirs with whimsey, perhaps even magic, adventurer.
However subtle, a joyous invocation permeates Sanctuary, casting a ray of holiday celebration upon its inhabitants. . . or is this demonic trickery? This magic from beyond is not cause for a ceasefire in the unremitting conflict between demon and mortal, but its nuances can still be felt, disturbances are surely lurking about.
Diablo 2 Resurrected Nights of Terror: All Gameplay Modifiers
Blizzard hasn't revealed a lot of details about the 22 Nights of Terror holiday event in Diablo 2 Resurrected, as the whole point is to experience each day yourself.
Every 24 hours, resetting at 11:00 PST (19:00 GMT), the world of Sanctuary will be altered with a new gameplay modifier, announced via an in-game Message of the Day. This modifier will last 24 hours before another one appears. Blizzard teases:
Powerful loot, a dash of terror, and a new surprise to experience each day awaits you in Sanctuary this holiday season. Go forth in glory!
The first day is the Secret Cow Level, and as you load into the game, this area's portal is open for 24 hours without the need for players to unlock it.
