Diablo 3 Angelic Crucibles - How To Get And Sanctify Items In Season 27

Diablo fans are in for a treat with the Diablo 3 Season 27 update (patch 2.7.4) offering a host of changes, fixes, and some new content. The main theme of Diablo 3's Season 27 is angelic in nature, and the new item is Angelic Crucibles. It's something all Diablo 3 players will want to farm.

In this guide, we outline how you can get Angelic Crucibles in Diablo 3 once Season 27 gets underway, and how you can use this item to "Sanctify" gear.

Diablo 3 Angelic Crucibles drop - How to get/farm

In Diablo 3 Season 27, Angelic Crucibles are a new type of consumable item. These heavenly artifacts can be used to Sanctify any equippable Legendary item.

Angelic Crucibles and items Sanctified by them can only be used during Diablo 3 Season 27 seasonal play, and can not be transferred to a non-seasonal character when S27 ends.

To get more Angelic Crucibles, players can defeat any Diablo 3 boss or enemy at level 70. These do not drop until you reach level 70.

To farm Angelic Crucibles in Diablo 3, we suggest simply heading to your favorite max-level farming spot and going to town on the hordes of the Burning Hells.

You can farm as many Angelic Crucibles as you like.

How to Sanctify items in Diablo 3 Season 27

Blizzard explains how you can Sanctify items once Diablo 3 Season 27 gets underway: "Once uncovered by Nephalem, these heavenly artifacts can be used to Sanctify any equippable Legendary item. Sanctifying an item reforges it to have perfect Ancient-level stats on all affixes while also preserving the item's Legendary Power."

There are some caveats, however, such as followers being unable to equipt Sanctified items. Check out some important details about Sanctifying items in Diablo 3 below:

• Players can obtain as many Sanctified items as they would like, however, only one Sanctified item can be equipped at a time.
• Sanctified items can be Sanctified again using another Angelic Crucible.
• No stats are preserved when Sanctifying an item.
• Only level 70 equippable items can be Sanctified - crafted items cannot be Sanctified.
• Followers cannot equip Sanctified items.
