This patch notes article only lists the changes and fixes for the Diablo Immortal update released on 20th July 2022.

First up, players can purchase an Eternal Legendary Crest for 1600 Platinum after completing a weekly Warband Raid. Get it from the Crest Merchant (Jondo Mouren) in Westmarch.

Next up, the Fading Ember cap has been increased from 200 to 280, and you can now trade 22 Fa Runes for an Eternal Legendary Crest. This means you can craft a Legendary Gem each week if you max out your Fading Embers.

You might have noticed Blizzard says "Eternal Legendary Crest." This means you can sell the gem you obtain on the marketplace for Platinum.
