The release of Dying Light 2 is finally live on consoles after a long-awaited build-up period. Sequel to Dying Light, the upcoming title is another action role-playing survival horror game developed and published by Techland.

Players will be fighting off a zombie apocalypse with the goal of bringing light back to the ravaged city, and above all else, staying human. There are a number of weapons that can be crafted to aid you in your fight for humanity, so let us help out with the early stages of gameplay.

Here's how to craft Throwing Knives in Dying Light 2 to strike enemies from a safe distance.

How to craft Throwing Knives - Dying Light 2

Crafting Throwing Knives in Dying Light 2 will require players to complete a particular story mission. This will grant access to the required blueprint for crafting Throwing Knives.

Complete the Markers of Plague story to unlock the blueprint for crafting Throwing Knives, then you're ready for materials. To craft Throwing Knives in Dying Light 2, players will need the following craft parts:

  • 10x Scraps
  • 1x Rags

Once you have obtained the necessary blueprint and materials, you're ready to craft your weapons. To craft Throwing Knives, head to the character menu, then click on 'Crafting' and select the Throwing Knives blueprint.

These Throwing Knives can be further upgraded to deal more damage, as well as receiving more Knives per each craft by using the Old World Money and Infected Trophies.

Note: Throwing Knives are best used as deterrents in the early stages of the game, as they won't deal a ton of damage at first. However, when you further upgrade your Throwing Knives they will be a much more viable option for taking out enemies.

Enjoy the festivities as developers Techland are set for a major 2022 with Dying Light 2 releasing in the first quarter of the new year!
