Dying Light 2 Perfume - How to get and use

Dying Light 2: Stay Human is a massive game with a wide variety of activities to keep players busy for a long time. The open-world gameplay includes scavenging for valuable resources, crafting materials, and inhibitors, which in return allows you to become strong enough to face the most gruesome infected and enemy factions in the game.

Like most post-apocalyptic open-world games, resources are scarce in Dying Light 2: Stay Human. You have to scrounge the open world for rare and unique valuables, which you can then sell to vendors for huge sums of Old World Money, the game's primary currency. One such rare valuable is perfume. Here's how you can get perfumes in Dying Light 2.

Perfumes are unique valuable (purple coloured) items in Dying Light 2 that you will seldom come across in chests, lockers, and compartments scattered around the open world.

You are most likely to find perfumes in Dark Hollows, valuable loot sources available for scavenging at night. While you can explore Dark Hollows during the day, it's best to infiltrate these infestations zones at night and avoid unnecessary meetups with the infected.

When exploring Dark Hollows for perfumes, make sure to have a sufficient amount of UV shrooms and immunity boosters, as the chemicals in the area drastically reduce your immunity.

Most unique valuables, such as perfumes, are often locked inside chests and compartments of Dark Hollows, so make sure you also have lock picks or the crafting materials necessary to make lock picks.

There are also two side quests involving perfumes in Dying Light 2. One is called 'Perfume' which you can pick from an NPC in the Trinity region of Old Villedor, who will send you to an old pharmacy in search of a perfume. Completing the quest will reward you with 500 Old World Money.

You can pick another side quest called 'The Essence of Survival' at the Pumpkin Farm next to Trinity, which rewards you with a perfume called 'Turn Me On,' Recipe for Turn Me On(Artifact Collectable), and 3x UV Bars. You can sell the perfume to any vendor for 250 Old World Money.
