According to some hilarious new statistics released by Fall Guys developer Mediatonic, players have taken a tumble over 60,000,000 times since the game released.
Fall Guys players have fallen 60 million times

Despite only launching last week, Fall Guys players have been busy, reports its developer. In a new post on the official Fall Guys Twitter, Mediatonic revealed that the game’s fanbase has a combined fall total of 60 million.

With the game certainly living up to its name, Fall Guys is also undoubtedly living up to its full potential with a staggering 2 million copies sold on Steam alone. We also know that alongside the PlayStation port of the game, which is free to download this month, the title had over 1.5 million downloads within the first 24 hours.

Despite the huge torrents of players flocking to the wacky take on a battle royale title, it’s worth noting that only 1.5 million crowns have been grabbed. With some players having grabbed more than their fair share of crowns, one can only wonder just how large the percentage is of players who are still fighting for their first win.

Fall Guys has also been performing tremendously well on Twitch since its release, with 23 million hours watched on the platform alone. This is to say nothing of YouTube or Facebook’s streaming services which likely have a significant total of hours watched also.

The game is also still holding down the number one spot on Steam, a week after launch. Remarkably, it is also still the number two spot as well, thanks to the collector’s edition being sold as a separate item. This is truly incredible success to see from a non-AAA title, and Mediatonic should be very proud of their efforts in creating such a unique game.

Fall Guys is available now on PlayStation 4 and PC. PlayStation Plus members can download it for free this month.
