Dropped off Fall Guys? Developer Mediatonic is offering incentive to jump back in with the arrival of Season 2.

The party royale title became one of the breakout games of the year when it launched in August, dominating Twitch streams and becoming the most downloaded PS Plus title of all time.

Questions around the game’s longevity however look to be answered with the release of Season 2, adding new games, cosmetics and more into the mix. So here’s what you need to know about Fall Guys Season 2

What time does Fall Guys Season 2 release?

Fall Guys Season 2 starts on Thursday 8th October, when Season 1 ends.

It hasn’t been confirmed exactly what time Season 2 will begin, although lead designer Joe Walsh stated in the game’s Discord server they’re hoping it’ll “be around lunchtime tomorrow (UK time) but could be earlier, could be later”.

Based on this information, and the update timings of when past updates have rolled out (traditionally in the afternoon UK time), here’s an estimation of when Fall Guys Season 2 will start.

  • UK - 1pm to 3pm BST
  • Europe - 2pm to 4pm CEST
  • East Coast US - 8am to 10am EST
  • West Coast US - 7am to 9am PST

We will update this page if/when timings are released.

You can also earn double fame points from now until Season 1 ends.

What’s included in Fall Guys Season 2?

Season 2 has a medieval fantasy theme, with new costumes set to arrive around wizards, knights, dragons and witches. There will also be “exciting collaborations and limited edition swag”.

The most exciting new addition will be new levels. One of these has been revealed already in Knight Fever, which features swinging axes, spiked cylinders and fluctuating wooden bridges.

This new level will also feature an obstacle titled the Thicc Bonkus, a spiked roller which looks to clean out straggling beans.

There’ll be improved customisation too, including nameplates, banners, and the addition of costume randomisation.

It’s likely there’ll be a new Battle Pass too with Season 2, although details have yet to be revealed.

Fall Guys Season 2 launches on Thursday 8th October.
