Best passers in FIFA 22: All positions from striker to centre-back

There are few things more breathtaking in football than a perfectly executed pass. It could be a quick switch of play that has the opposition spinning, a no-look through-ball that bamboozles defenders, or an intricate one-two that splits open a defence. Whatever it is, passing is one of the many facets of football that makes people fall in love with the sport.

This skill separates football players from football heroes, such as FC Barcelona's Xavi and Iniesta, Italy's Andrea Pirlo, or Manchester United's Paul Scholes all known -- above all else -- for the exquisite passing.

So it is an important part of the real-world game and that means it's an important part of the virtual one too. With FIFA 22 getting its full launch in just over a week, we thought we'd scour the database and find out who the best passers were in each position.

These players will, at the very least, be technically gifted and play the type of balls that can quickly get you out of trouble, or split open a defence -- perfect for your FIFA 22 Ultimate Team or Career Mode.
