To start the Make It Rain Campaign, you'll need to head to Ul'Dah: Steps of Nald (X:9.4 Y:9.2). You'll be looking for an NPC called Quevain, who should be right outside the Aetheryte Plaza.

While you don't need to pick up this quest to take advantage of the 50% increase on MGP rewards, it will allow you to earn the exclusive event rewards: Imp Attire.

Here, you'll be able to pick up a discount on a number of the Gold Saucer's usual prizes, including the Moogle's Paw Machine and Cuff-a-Cur Machine furnishing items. The  discount is only available from the Campaign Attendant rather than the usual Prize Claim.
