Now, onto some details on all three of these landing spots explaining why we think these are the best drop locations in Fortnite Season 6.

Landing Spot 1: The Spire

The Spire, which was the Zero Point in the previous season, is a highly contested area. This best landing spot in Fortnite Season 6 allows you to get straight into the action and take a whole lot of fights.

This spot is for players who want to fight from the get-go. It also contains a tonne of loot, as well as objectives for weekly challenges.

We recommend landing just outside of The Spire and picking up a weapon before joining the fight. If you survive, you should have some excellent guns, materials and more.

Landing Spot 2: Weeping Woods

There's a total of six Guardian Towers in the Fortnite Season 6 map. Most of these are highly-contested areas as they are part of the way to get your hands on the Mythic Spire Jumpboots.

However, the Weeping Woods one stands above the rest as the best landing spot in Fortnite Season 6. This is because you can swiftly land on the tower, claim two chests and use the jump pad to get thrown into the woods.

In these woods, you can also hunt wildlife or tame them. With this best landing spot in Fortnite Season 6, you shouldn't have that much competition, and can easily craft the Hunter's Cloak as well.

Landing Spot 3: Compact Cars

If you want to craft or upgrade mechanical weapons, you will need Mechanical Parts. These upgraded weapons can give you a great advantage in a Fortnite Season 6 match.

Therefore, Compact Cars is arguably the best landing spot in Fortnite Season 6, as you can farm over a dozen Mechanical Parts in seconds at this location.

This landing spot shouldn't be highly-contested either, which means you can farm Mechanical Parts and gear up with little issue for a powerful midgame inventory while others focus on The Spire and Guardian Towers.

So there you have it, the best landing spots in Fortnite Season 6.

It all depends on your playstyle, if you want to fight early, get certain materials or build up your arsenal before engaging in combat.
