Is Deku from My Hero Academia coming to Fortnite as a new skin? Let's go over whether he will appear in the Battle Pass.
When Is Deku Coming To Fortnite?

The new Fortnite Chapter 4 is here, and with it comes a lot of new characters in the game's Battle Pass and in-game store. The new chapter includes new entries to the roster including The Witcher's Geralt of Rivia, Doom's Doom Slayer, and several original Fortnite characters.  One of the characters fans noticed in the new season's trailer was Izuku Midoriya, more commonly known as Deku, from My Hero Academia.

But Deku wasn't shown in the Fortnite Battle Pass in the trailer, nor was he available in the in-game store at the beginning of the Chapter. This left fans asking: is Deku coming to Fortnite? Let's go over the answer to that question in this article.

Fans have been wondering if Deku will arrive in Fortnite as a new skin for a while now. Thankfully, yes, Deku from My Hero Academia has now been added to Fortnite as of Fortnite Season 4!

Fans suspected he would be added to the game after he was featured at the very end of the Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 1 gameplay trailer:

Deku is shown using his power to completely demolish a building, using his new Deku Smash.

As we predicted, because a partnership with My Hero Academia would mean a pretty huge licensing deal, it was unlikely that Deku would arrive as a Fortnite skin all by himself. Instead, we let readers know that it is very possible that he could be added to the Battle Pass or in-game store later this season alongside other iconic My Hero Academia characters.
