When Is Demogorgon Skin Coming Back To Fortnite?

The Demogorgon is one of the many Stranger Things skins and Outfits that have been added to Fortnite over the years. This particular skin first appeared as part of the v9.30 update, back in July 2019. Depicting the iconic monster from the Stranger Things Netflix series, the Demogorgon Outfit was available to purchase for 1,200 V-Bucks. 

Thanks to Fortnite's constantly rotating Item Shop, players always have the chance to grab a new skin. However, that often means that certain sets rarely make it back into the rotation — the Stranger Things set being one of them. As such, the Demogorgon hasn't been seen in the Item Shop since November 6, 2019, over 1,400 days ago. So, when are we likely to see it make a return?

Update November 6, 2023: The Stranger Things cosmetics, including the Demogorgon skin, have arrived back in the Item Shop for 24 hours. 

Will The Stranger Things Demogorgon Skin Come Back To Fortnite?

Epic Games has announced that the Demogorgon skin will return to the Fortnite Item Shop on November 6, 2023. The skin, alongside other Stranger Tings cosmetics, will be available for 24 hours. After this date, it's unclear when the Demogorgan will next return to Fortnite.

Given that Epic Games likes to ensure that Fortnite has timely brand collaborations, there's a good chance that we could see the Demogorgon skin return to the Item Shop around the release of Stranger Things Season 5. The fifth and final season was announced by Netflix in February 2022, however the season does not yet have a release date. It's also not a guarantee that the skin wil be made available in promotion of the new season, either. The skin did not reappear in the Item Shop during the show's fourth season. 

For the time being, Stranger Things fans will have to wait patiently to see if the Demogorgon skin will reappear sometime in the future. Those that managed to nab the skin on its last showing should consider themselves in possession of a rare Outfit indeed.
