Before the actual tournaments start, however, players that want to try out their prowess against others of similar skill without the tension of regular competition can take part in the FNCS Warmup.

Fortnite FNCS Warmup Schedule

The Fortnite FNCS Warmup tournament will take place from 26th to 27th September, with players from North America, Europe, and Asia able to complete in the trios format, with PC players and console doing so in separate lobbies.
The start times for each day are:
- 26th September: 12 pm CDT (6 pm BST) and 4 pm CDT (10 p BST)
- 27th September: 4 pm CDT (10 pm BST)
Fortnite FNCS Warmup Format
To be able to enter, you must reach Champion League in Arena mode.
This tournament occurs across three rounds:
- Round One (Opens)
- Round Two (Top 1000 trios EU/NAE, Top 700 trios NAW/BR, Top 350 trios ASIA/OCE/ME),
- Round Three (Top 33 trios per region).
Round Three adds scores from each session across two days.
The FNCS Warmup, like the main event, will be a Trios event.

As this is a practice tournament, there will be no prize pools in place for the event in any region.

Again, due to the "Warmup" nature of the event, simply serving as practice for those interested, there will be no stream.
That doesn't mean you can't follow the action as many players will be streaming their POV. We have added a few of our favourite players - from the biggest regions - so you can drop in and enjoy some chaotic endgames.
