Epic Games and Marvel are collaborating to create a comic book series called Fortnite x Marvel Zero War. Here's the release date, schedule, comic book issues and more.

Fortnite x Marvel Zero War - Release Date, Schedule and Comic Book Issues

Fortnite is known for partnering with some pretty awesome businesses and organizations for great collaborations. Their most recent collaboration is no exception; Fornite has collaborated with Marvel to create Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War, a five-part comic book series.

Along with the real-life comic books, brand new Marvel-themed cosmetics will come to Fortnite following the release of each book.

Here's everything you need to know about Fortnite's collaboration with Marvel to create Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War, and what you can do to make sure you get the cosmetics that come with it.

Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War - Schedule & release date

Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War tells a story of when worlds collide, allowing characters from the Fortnite and Marvel universes to interact with one another. 

Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War will be available in comic book stores all around the world, as well as available to purchase digitally through Marvel Unlimited.

See the following table, courtesy of Epic Games, for the release schedule along with the cosmetics users will receive:

  • Issue #1 - 8th June, 2022 - Spider-Man based Outfit 
  • Issue #2 - 13th July 2022 - Iron Man-based Wrap
  • Issue #3 - 17th August 2022 - Wolverine-based Pickaxe
  • Issue #4 - 31st August 2022 - Spray based on Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War
  • Issue #5 - 28th September 2022 Loading Screen based on Fortnite x Marvel: Zero War

Players who redeem all of the above items and purchase all of the issues of the comic book will receive a bonus surprise cosmetic in-game.

Note that only users who purchase the physical comic books will be able to redeem the above cosmetics.

Alternatively, from 28th September 2022 to 28th October 2022, Marvel Unlimited subscribers who read all five issues on Marvel Unlimited will receive an email with a code for all of the cosmetic items, including the special bonus surprise. 

Codes can be redeemed on the Fortnite website.
