Where to find Machine Pistol in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1

Epic has released a Fortnite v19.20 hotfix and has finally added Machine Pistol to the game after a long time. The developers have constantly worked to make it a more valuable weapon in the game as it was barely used by players because of the low amount of damage it dealt. 

The Machine Pistol is heavily inspired by the TEC-9 Machine Pistol and is also similar to Tactical Submachine Gun and the Rapid Fire SMG to some extent. If you want to get your hands on the improved version of this weapon in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season1, here's a guide on where you can find Machine Pistol.

Machine Pistol deals intense damage to the opponents in close range fights however it is quite effective in long-range combats too if you shoot in burst mode. The gun also has an extended magazine size so that you don't run out of bullets quickly because of its high fire rate.

There is no particular place to find Machine Pistol but you can find it on the ground, in normal Chests, Rare Chests, and Supply Drops, and from fishing and sharks.

The damage that it deals ranges from 15 to 19 depending on the version that you are using and as the damage increases, the reload time of Machine Pistol (which is decently high) decreases from 2.4 to 2 seconds.

 

One thing that you need to know is that Machine Pistol is not included in competitive playlists however if it fits the meta of the game, developers might introduce it into them too.
