Rock Band Controller Support Coming To Fortnite Festival

With all of the new Fortnite content that has been released, it seems like Epic Games plans to support these new titles in big ways. Fortnite Festival is a game that plays just like Rockband with music that features famous artists like The Weeknd. Players have to push buttons to match the rhythm of the music.

Although it is a game that plays like Rockband, it does not come with instrument controllers. But what about those who have the older instrument controllers? Do they work on Fortnite Festival? According to Epic Games, that will soon happen.

In a recent blog post about Fortnite Festival, Epic Games answered questions about the new title. One of the questions included if Fortnite Festival supported instrument controllers like Rockband did. At launch, Fortnite Festival does not support instrument controllers.

But, it will not be that way forever. The blog post said that Epic Games is actively working on instrument controller support for Fortnite Festival. However, we will not hear any news about it until 2024. Hopefully, we will know more within the first few months of 2024.
